The Zoom! process uses a safe and effective blue-plasma light that helps the whitening formula penetrate deeply to remove stains which produces noticeable improvements from the very first application (Unlike those poorly fit trays & brush on gels that can take weeks).
We can provide sealants to help protect tough to clean areas (such as the backsides of your teeth!). If a cavity occurs we provide a color matched filling that you won’t’ even notice. We also can create custom fit mouth guards for a range of needs (from sports mouthguards to grind guards for sleeping).
Sensitivity from tooth whitening is always transient. If there is any sensitivity caused by the whitening, it goes away within one to two days after the treatment, and the patient returns to the state of sensitivity he or she had prior to starting the whitening process.
Products developed from carbamide peroxide, hydrogen peroxide, and urea (substances found in every human cell), should be used cautiously to alleviate concern. Those who have issues are the ones who don’t follow instructions and overuse the products for months or years.

Dr Rafiq is very skilled in performing dental procedures, such as laser procedures, fillings & crowns. I have been his patient since he opened his practice. Amber, the hygienist, performs "painless" teeth cleanings, which ensures you always keep your appointments, to prevent future problems from occurring. During cleanings, Dr Rafiq always stops in to greet you, perform an exam and expalins any dental problem options. The business office always explain any costs associate with any procedure and follow up with your insurance company to minimize you out of pocket costs. In that time I had an exam, full mouth xrays, filling repairs, cleaning and teeth whitening. I'll have another cleaning in a couple weeks. Everyone there has been professional, friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with. They send email reminders for appts. and call if able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled appt. All of the procedures were pain free. Dr Rafiq is very caring and respectful of her patients. She knew about a condition I have, and why I need medication when having dental procedures. No one at the office give me flack, tried to talk me out of using antibiotics or made negative comments about people using the internet to self-diagnose (which was why I left the last dental practice I was going to). I appreciate all of the support and decency they have showed me.

On my first appointment everyone made me feel so welcome and the doctor spent over an hour with me just to get to me and explain what my xrays. Today I had a slight mishap and lost a filling. They were able to squeeze me in immediately and took care of me as if I were their only patient. Front receptionists and assistants are also super friendly. All around great place!

I enjoy sitting down in "the" chair and chatting with the technicians. The doctor is very pleasant and gets right to the root of the problem. No pun intended. She takes the time to get down to earth with her patients. I guess having a staff of females is just more neutering and makes me feel more comfortable there.
