Dr Rafiq is very skilled in performing dental procedures, such as laser procedures, fillings & crowns. I have been his patient since he opened his practice. Amber, the hygienist, performs "painless" teeth cleanings, which ensures you always keep your appointments, to prevent future problems from occurring. During cleanings, Dr Rafiq always stops in to greet you, perform an exam and expalins any dental problem options. The business office always explain any costs associate with any procedure and follow up with your insurance company to minimize you out of pocket costs. It starts right when you walk in the door the secretary is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to be around.The dental assistant was great explaining what she was doing. Finally the dentist took the time to explain everything to me. They also stayed late to fit me in for an emergency without even being a patient.
Russ MilliganI've been going to the All Brite Dental office on Allen Road in Woodhaven for around 4 months. In that time I had an exam, full mouth xrays, filling repairs, cleaning and teeth whitening. I'll have another cleaning in a couple weeks. Everyone there has been professional, friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with. They send email reminders for appts. and call if able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled appt. All of the procedures were pain free. Dr Rafiq is very caring and respectful of her patients. She knew about a condition I have, and why I need medication when having dental procedures. No one at the office give me flack, tried to talk me out of using antibiotics or made negative comments about people using the internet to self-diagnose (which was why I left the last dental practice I was going to). I appreciate all of the support and decency they have showed me.
