Hailei MarieHad a very good experience here. First had a cleaning that was on time (no extra wait time). The cleaning went well and they found some cavities (not good for me but no impact on the dentist office :)). Then after the cleaning the dentist came in to review the cleaners findings for the cavities and found an additional one. Then I set up an appointment for about a week later to get all the cavities taken care of. On the day of the appointment they called me and said they were running ahead of schedule and let me come in earlier. So not only no wait, I got in earlier and out earlier. During the filling of my cavities I had novocaine but it seemed like a nerve was still hit (could/probably was just me being nervous) but even so they still gave me some extra novocaine just in case. Overall the filling of 5 cavities was painless and they made sure my bite was not effected by the cavity fillings (for the larger one). I would definitely recommend them. My kids go there as well and they are very kid friendly. My son was on the no cavity list and he was put into a drawing and won a $50 gift card to Toys R Us.
Brad HooperMy first visit to Dr. Rafiq's office was for an emergency visit. They fit me in their schedule the same day and treated me as if I had gone there for many years. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Rafiq was very kind and gentle. My husband and children will be going to this office now as well. I would highly recommend this dentist office!!

It starts right when you walk in the door the secretary is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and just a pleasure to be around.The dental assistant was great explaining what she was doing. Finally the dentist took the time to explain everything to me. They also stayed late to fit me in for an emergency without even being a patient.
