Dr. Ayesha Rafiq is a Florida transplant to Michigan. Who was attracted to Michigans great lakes and four seasons. She graduated from Saginaw Valley University and received her doctor of dental surgery from University of Detroit Mercy in 2001.
While in dental school, she realized the enjoyment of practicing all aspects of dentistry. With special emphases and focus on cosmetics and comprehensive rehabilitation. She completed a year of general practice residency, at the Detroit VA hospital in 2002, where the plight of our veterans and their dental needs affected her greatly.
Since graduation Dr. Rafiq has been committed to continue education classes as well as incorporating the latest technology and treatment modalities into her practice.

Dr. Rafiq and all of the staff are awesome. Super helpful and friendly. So far I've had a cleaning and gotten some fillings. Both were completely painless! Definitely would recommend.
Chelsea GutierrezHad a very good experience here. First had a cleaning that was on time (no extra wait time). The cleaning went well and they found some cavities (not good for me but no impact on the dentist office :)). Then after the cleaning the dentist came in to review the cleaners findings for the cavities and found an additional one. Then I set up an appointment for about a week later to get all the cavities taken care of. On the day of the appointment they called me and said they were running ahead of schedule and let me come in earlier. So not only no wait, I got in earlier and out earlier. During the filling of my cavities I had novocaine but it seemed like a nerve was still hit (could/probably was just me being nervous) but even so they still gave me some extra novocaine just in case. Overall the filling of 5 cavities was painless and they made sure my bite was not effected by the cavity fillings (for the larger one). I would definitely recommend them. My kids go there as well and they are very kid friendly. My son was on the no cavity list and he was put into a drawing and won a $50 gift card to Toys R Us.
