I enjoy sitting down in "the" chair and chatting with the technicians. The doctor is very pleasant and gets right to the root of the problem. No pun intended. She takes the time to get down to earth with her patients. I guess having a staff of females is just more neutering and makes me feel more comfortable there.

A BMy first visit to Dr. Rafiq's office was for an emergency visit. They fit me in their schedule the same day and treated me as if I had gone there for many years. The staff was very friendly.
