The business office always explain any costs associate with any procedure and follow up with your insurance company to minimize you out of pocket costs. Tammy BonkowskiHad a very good experience here. First had a cleaning that was on time (no extra wait time). The cleaning went well and they found some cavities (not good for me but no impact on the dentist office :)). Then after the cleaning the dentist came in to review the cleaners findings for the cavities and found an additional one. Then I set up an appointment for about a week later to get all the cavities taken care of. On the day of the appointment they called me and said they were running ahead of schedule and let me come in earlier. So not only no wait, I got in earlier and out earlier. During the filling of my cavities I had novocaine but it seemed like a nerve was still hit (could/probably was just me being nervous) but even so they still gave me some extra novocaine just in case. Overall the filling of 5 cavities was painless and they made sure my bite was not effected by the cavity fillings (for the larger one). I would definitely recommend them. My kids go there as well and they are very kid friendly. My son was on the no cavity list and he was put into a drawing and won a $50 gift card to Toys R Us.

In that time I had an exam, full mouth xrays, filling repairs, cleaning and teeth whitening. I'll have another cleaning in a couple weeks. Everyone there has been professional, friendly, caring, and easy to communicate with. They send email reminders for appts. and call if able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled appt. All of the procedures were pain free. Dr Rafiq is very caring and respectful of her patients. She knew about a condition I have, and why I need medication when having dental procedures. No one at the office give me flack, tried to talk me out of using antibiotics or made negative comments about people using the internet to self-diagnose (which was why I left the last dental practice I was going to). I appreciate all of the support and decency they have showed me.

Finally the dentist took the time to explain everything to me. They also stayed late to fit me in for an emergency without even being a patient.
